CTC-VIS Login (Clean Truck Portal)
Log in to the California Clean Truck Check Vehicle Inspection System (CTC-VIS) to manage compliance, view vehicle status, and submit testing information.
A registered CTC-VIS portal account is required for all Clean Truck Check tests. Tests performed without an active CTC-VIS account will not be accepted by CARB.
