3. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without prior notice.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card, or other approved digital methods.

  • A 3.25% processing fee may apply to card transactions.

  • All DMV or CARB-related government fees are non-refundable once submitted to the state or agency.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Service fees may be refundable only if the work has not yet been performed.

  • Once testing, documentation, or submission to an agency has begun, fees are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiture of any deposit.

5. Out-of-State Testing and Compliance

CARBCompliantCA.com operates under California Air Resources Board (CARB) and local DMV guidelines.
For out-of-state verifications or compliance requests, we are not responsible if another state or jurisdiction does not accept our testing or documentation.

6. User Responsibilities

When using our website or booking a service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Ensure your vehicle and documents are available at the scheduled appointment time.

  • Use the website and services only for lawful purposes.

  • Not attempt to disrupt or damage the website or interfere with its security.
